Parma Police Seek Identity Of Man Wanted For Attempted Abduction Of Teenage Girl

The Parma Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance with identifying a man who was involved in the attempted abduction of a 14 year-old Parma girl.   

The incident occurred on November 23, 2015 at around3:20pm on Schwab Drive just west of York Road. The victim was walking home on Schwab Drive after being dropped off by a school bus. The victim told police that while she was walking on the sidewalk, a man driving a red car stopped near her location on Schwab Drive. The man got out of his car and immediately approached the victim. The man grabbed the girl’s arm and tried to pull her into his vehicle. The victim fought back and the man let her go and fled the area in his car.  

The suspect was described as a white male, approximately 30 years-old, 6’ tall, slender build, short black hair and a goatee. He was wearing a blue T-shirt, blue jeans and gloves. The car was described as a bright red, newer four door mid-size vehicle.
