The pavilion at Snow Rd. Picnic area in the Metroparks was built by the WPA in 1937. I can't help but think of the debate currently in our country about the wisdom of using tax dollars to create jobs by infrastructure construction projects; this wonderful structure was built in the midst of the Great Depression, and we are still enjoying the use of it 75 years later. What do you think?
