Parma Hospital To Host New 5K

Lace up your running shoes for Parma Hospital’s new race! Parma Hospital’s first 5K run and One-Mile Wellness Walk is slated for Saturday, September 24. The new 5K will start on the Parma Hospital campus at Medical Arts Center 4, 6115 Powers Blvd. It will follow a unique and scenic course through Parma’s Ridgewood Municipal Golf Course. The 5K run will begin at 8:30 a.m. with race day registration opening at 7:30 a.m. Health screenings and health tips will be part of the festivities and all pre-registered participants will receive a long-sleeve t-shirt. Additional shirts will be provided to race day registrants while supplies last.

Proceeds from the run will benefit Parma Hospital’s ElderCenter adult day care program.
