“Going Green" Is Not Just A Trend

“Going Green" is not just a trend, but a responsibility shared by all to make our planet a better and cleaner place to live. Parmatown Mall implements environmentally friendly practices in our every-day operations and we want to share this with our community & shoppers.

We will be putting together a Going Green Campaign that will include press releases, mall signage, etc.

Below are a few of the current green activities we practice:

• We offer mall-wide cardboard recycling
• We use earth-friendly cleaning products
• Our Mall lighting consists of eco-friendly low wattage lamps
• Use of natural lighting in the mall
• Practice proper waste disposal
• Recycle waste disposal
• We minimized indoor foliage to reduce water consumption
• Holiday decor including the large Christmas tree has been converted to LED

We are looking to improve this campaign as we move forward with our revitalization plan. If you have any suggestions please feel free to send them over. We are open to reviewing all idea, large or small!
